Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. canned milk
1 stick margarine
3 c. minute oatmeal (uncooked)
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes (start timing when mixture starts to boil).
Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix this well before it gets hard.
Drop from spoon onto waxed paper and let cool. Makes about 24 cookies.
