Filled Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 c. oats
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook filling until thickened and cool (raisins, sugar, water, 2 tablespoons flour and walnuts).
    Mix together oats, 2 cups flour, baking soda and salt in one bowl.
    Mix together brown sugar, melted oleo and vanilla in another bowl.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Work with fingers until well mixed.
    Put half mixture in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Pat firmly.
    Put cooked filling on top.
    Top with other half of mixture.
    Pat firmly.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
