Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooked mashed pumpkin (may use canned)
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Place batter into three 9-inch greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
