Bruschetta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. loosely packed basil leaves
1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 c. Italian parsley
4 cloves garlic
12 roma tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop garlic very fine, chop basil, cilantro and parsley in food processor.
Add garlic and tomatoes; mix well.
Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Use as you would salsa as a dip or use with meat.
