Chicken Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced and divided
    10 green onions, sliced and divided
    1/4 c. melted butter, divided
    12 slices thick bacon
Preparation
    Place chicken between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness, using a mallet or rolling pin.
    Place chicken in large shallow container; set side.
    Combine molasses, ginger, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oil and lemon juice; stir well.
    Pour mixture over chicken breasts and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator.
    Saute mushrooms and green onions in 1/8 cup butter, stirring constantly until liquid has evaporated.
