Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 heaping Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans, ground
Preparation

Work mixture well with hands.
Mix in order given.
Shape in crescents and bake in a slow oven (250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0).
Cool.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 60 cookies.
