Green Tomato Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. green tomatoes (ground)
    6 c. white sugar
    1 large (6 oz.) box red raspberry gelatin (can use strawberry and blackberry, dry)
Preparation
    Mix ground tomatoes and sugar in a large pan.
    Heat and stir until boiling.
    Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add gelatin.
    Cool slightly.
    Put in plastic container and freeze.
    When using, store in refrigerator.
    Will keep about two weeks.
