Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves (or enough meat to equal 8, approximately 4 lb.)
2 c. broth from cooking chicken
2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Remove skin and bones and cut in chunks.
Mix uncooked rice, celery and onion with chicken.
