Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen shredded hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. melted butter
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix together the hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup of butter, salt and pepper, then put in baking dish and set aside.
    In a bowl, mix 1 cup of butter and crackers.
    Spread over top of potatoes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
