Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped, toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine everything except cheese and chips.
Place in well-greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese, then chips.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Serve hot.
Freezes well.
