Pear Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
4 lb. ripe pears
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all dry parts until crumbly.
Put pears into 1/4 wedges in baking dish.
Toss lemon juice on top.
Sprinkle dry mixture on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
