Oven Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt and pepper.
Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meat balls in an ungreased baking dish.
Stir together tomato sauce, 1 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over meat balls.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Uncover the last 15 minutes.
