Chicken Breasts With Lemon-Pepper Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken breasts.
    Sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
    Place breasts in a 1-quart casserole dish; cover with lid.
