Magnolia Pie(Buttermilk Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (room temperature)
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

In large bowl, cream together sugar, butter and flour.
Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
