Corned Beef Brisket(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. preseasoned corned beef brisket
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Bring hot water to a boil.
    Add brisket, cover and cook on High 35 to 40 minutes.
    Turn brisket over twice during cooking time.
    Remove from liquid; cover with plastic wrap and let stand 15 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 10 slices.
