Italian Creme Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. pecans
    5 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Cream oleo and Crisco; add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Add egg yolks and beat again.
    Combine flour and soda.
    Add alternately with buttermilk into mixture.
    Stir in vanilla; add coconut and nuts and fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 3 well-greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
