Newfi Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. molasses
    3 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    10 c. white flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add butter and molasses (butter will melt some).
    Then add salt.
    Add flour, one cup at a time.
    Knead for 10 minutes.
    Let rise in greased bowl until doubled.
    Punch down.
    Place in 3 well-greased pans and let rise again.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until done.
    Test for doneness and remove from pans immediately.
    Yields 3 (9 x 5-inch) loaves.
