Ingredients

1 (26 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tub Cool Whip
2 (Bama) graham pie crusts
Preparation

Drain pineapple thoroughly.
Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Fold in Cool Whip; divide mixture amongst the 2 pie shells and chill for 1/2 hour.
Serves 8.
