Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or smoked sausage
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped medium onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown
    meat;
    combine
    all other ingredients. Mix well. Bake in covered casserole or baking dish at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
