Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained well
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add other ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8-inch square pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    This freezes well.
