Meatball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 Tbsp. roasted garlic butter (Land O' Lakes)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2/3 c. water
1 (29 oz.) can homestyle large-cut mixed vegetables, undrained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation

Form the ground chuck into small balls (about 25).
Melt the butter in a large, deep skillet or in a soup pot.
Add meat balls and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned.
In a medium bowl, combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water.
Mix well and add to meatballs.
Shake pan gently to coat meat balls.
Add homestyle vegetables and tomatoes.
Cook over medium-low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, adding more water, if needed.
