Taco Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Freezes well.
