Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 lb. canned tomatoes, chopped
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown hamburg.
    Remove excess grease.
    Add onion and garlic to browned beef and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with cooked pasta as desired.
