Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated zucchini (not peeled)
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir first 5 ingredients together.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Mix with all dry ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan, then on a rack.
    Delicious served with whipped Philadelphia cream cheese and a few shakes of cinnamon.
