Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place ingredients in order given in a large bowl and combine. Mix well. Transfer to greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes until top is golden brown and splits slightly. Remove to rack. Do not double.
