Virginia Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix
    meal,
    salt and margarine;
    scald with the boiling water. Add well-beaten eggs, milk and baking powder.
    Bake in moderate oven
    350\u00b0
    in
    greased
    dish
    for
    approximately 40 minutes. Serve hot, and it loves butter.
