Crisco Single Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 level c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 level tsp. salt
    1/2 level c. Crisco
    3 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Spoon
    flour
    into
    measuring cup and level.
    Mix flour and salt
    in
    medium
    bowl.
    Cut in Crisco with pastry blender until it forms pea-sized chunks.\tSprinkle with cold water one tablespoon at
    a
    time.
    Some
    brands of flour need more water than others.
    Toss\tlightly
    with fork until dough will form a ball.
    Press
    between
    hands
    to
    form five to 6-inch pancake. Flour rolling surface and pin lightly.
    Roll dough into circle an inch
    larger
    than\tpie plate.
    Lift gently and flute under edge.
