Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. molasses
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Combine the eggs, oil, sugar, molasses and vanilla.
    In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins and nuts.
    Add to the egg mixture.
    Stir in the zucchini, mix just until blended.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, remove from the pans.
    Cool completely before slicing.
    Makes 2 loaves.
