Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Peel potatoes and slice 1/2 inch thick.
Put potato slices in skillet, turning once immediately to get butter on both sides.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for about 20 minutes; turn occasionally.
