Tammy Wilson'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. each: onion and green pepper
    1 c. mushrooms (optional)
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Coat about 9 pieces of chicken with flour and brown in skillet. Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add 2/3 cup water and remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Place browned chicken in a casserole.
    Pour sauce over and between layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 at least 45 minutes.
