Cream Beef Or Sos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound hamburger
    2 tbls. plain flour
    Milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown off hamburger, drain meat of fat retaining 2 tbls. of hamburger fat.
    Heat fat, add flour and brown.
    Add milk to make gravy, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add meat to gravy.
    Serve hot on toast.
