Pork Barbecue Philippine Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender pork loin, cubed
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 cup tomato ketchup
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup.
    Add pork cubes and marinate at least overnight.
    Heat grill until hot.
    With bamboo skewers, thread pork cubes and place on grill, turning each side until browned and well done.
    Serves: 6.
