Leeza'S Low-Fat Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    1 lb. low-fat Ricotta
    1 egg (Egg Beaters)
    1/4 c. fresh minced parsley
    6 c. marinara sauce
    1 lb. Mozzarella (low-fat)
    1 1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan
Preparation
    Cook ziti al dente.
    Combine Ricotta, egg and parsley in a bowl; mix.
    Drain ziti.
    Coat bottom of baking dish with 2 cups marinara sauce.
    On the sauce, layer half the ziti, half the Ricotta, half the Mozzarella and half the Parmesan or Romano. Cover with 2 more cups of marinara.
    Layer the remaining ziti, Ricotta and Mozzarella.
    Cover with the remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with the remaining Romano or Parmesan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until bubbling.
