Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg at low speed of electric mixer.
    Add biscuit mix, milk and cheese; beat 1 1/2 minutes at medium speed until well mixed.
    Spoon batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Yields 1 loaf.
