Canned Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
2 gal. water
peaches
light syrup (2 c. water to 1 qt. water)
medium syrup (3 c. sugar to 1 qt. water)
Preparation

To keep peaches/fruit from turning dark after peeling, place them in the salt and vinegar water as you slice them up.
