Broiled Backfin Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1 stick Parkay margarine
    garlic salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Spread crabmeat in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Cut margarine in pats and place over top of crabmeat.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper.
    Place in oven on broil until butter is melted and the tips of crabmeat are lightly golden.
    Serve as appetizer or main dish.
