Apple Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. chopped raw apples
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to butter, eggs and sugar.
    Add raw apples and mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve plain or top with ice cream.
