Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce with meat
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add oregano, garlic and salt; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Combine eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley; blend well.
    Boil lasagna in large amount of water for about 10 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon.
    Drain well.
