Dutch Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
4 c. (about 2 lb.) potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. Gouda cheese, shredded
1 c. light cream or half and half
Preparation

Heat milk in large saucepan; add potatoes and seasonings. Cook about 20 minutes, stirring often.
Layer in greased baking dish with shredded cheese.
Pour cream over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
