1 (3 lb.) pork roast
rock salt (coarse salt)
Preparation

Bake pork roast at 350\u00b0 until done.
Add small amount of water.
Shred pork.
Pour rock salt all over pork.
Cover and put back in oven until done.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
