Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 baked pie shells
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat and cool 2 minutes.
Add egg yolks and mix.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold into chocolate mix (gently) leaving some white. Pour into pie shells.
Top with Cool Whip and chill until firm. (You won't taste the raw egg.)
