Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated, raw sweet potatoes
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate raw sweet potatoes in milk to keep them from turning dark.
    Add other ingredients in the order given.
    Pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve warm.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
