Kahala Hilton'S Pineapple Macadamia Nutbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2-3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed coconut macaroons or bar type cookies
1/2 - 3/4 c. raw macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar together until smooth.
Beat together eggs and milk and add to butter mixture. Blend well, then add flour and baking powder and mix lightly. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla.
Add pineapple, macaroons and macadamia nuts.
Blend well and pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until center tests done.
