Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (room temperature)
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
    Mix all ingredients and knead for 1 minute. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Bake 25 to 30 minutes; drain.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
