    garden peas
    carrots
    spinach (for okra taste)
    turnip root (for taste of salt)
Preparation
    Boil equal
    amounts
    of
    all
    vegetables
    in V-8 juice. Boil in\tV-8 juice until tender.
    Choose thick, chunky soup or thin soup by
    the amount of V-8 juice you use.
    No calories to worry about so pig out!
