Fried Chicken("Low-Fat") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    skinless chicken parts
    corn flakes
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    paprika
    pepper
    Mrs. Dash
    egg whites
Preparation
    Roll chicken in bowl of crushed corn flakes, mixed with spices.
    Place on foil lined pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until tender. This really tastes like fried chicken!
