Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. popped corn
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. white corn syrup
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Discard all imperfect kernels and put popcorn in large pan. Cook sugar, syrup and water to the medium crack stage (280\u00b0).
Add flavoring and salt.
Pour over the corn, stirring with a spoon, so that all kernels will be evenly coated.
