Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. hot sausage
    1 jar roasted peppers
    bread dough
Preparation
    Bake sausage in oven so fat is drained out, about 30 minutes. Let the dough rise, then spread it out like a pizza pie.
    Put on the tomato sauce, sliced sausage, peppers and cheese.
    Fold the pizza dough over into a bread loaf; try not to let ingredients seep out.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    (Baste top of loaf with butter or oil for golden brown look.)
    Slice with a bread knife or electric knife.
    Serve warm.
