Granola For Granolas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rolled oats (6 c.)
    1 c. shredded coconut (preferably unsweetened)
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. hulled sunflower seeds
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    24 pitted dates
Preparation
    Combine oats, coconut, nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and wheat germ in a large bowl.
    Heat together oil and honey in microwave or on stovetop until almost boiling.
    Stir into dry mixture, mixing well.
    Spread a third of mixture in shallow pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Repeat with remaining mixture.
