No Fat Italian Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans stewed tomatoes
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes (I use fresh sometimes)
2 Tbsp. parsley
3 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic
3 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Mix cornstarch in some cold water.
Add remaining ingredients to pan, then cornstarch and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until desired thickness.
